About Your Instructor
Dr. Jared Cooper, PT
After 25+ years in practice, physical therapist Dr. Jared Cooper (Dr. C) founded the Bodywork Dojo, a continuing education school for bodywork professionals and therapists. His work as an educator has been featured on ABC News, in The Wall Street Journal, The NY Sun, and The Chicago Tribune.
Dr. C is an AMTA National Conference presenter, an instructor at the Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC, and an approved Continuing Education Provider through the NCBTMB. Dr. C is a former Adjunct Professor and Clinical Instructor for schools such as Seton Hall, Rutgers University, Western Carolina University, and the Osteopathic Manual Therapy Fellowship at Morristown Hospital.
Dr. C earned his B.S. from Cornell University, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Currently, Dr. C lives in a tiny home near the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina with his wife Kaia, son Renly, and adorable aussie-doodle Shae.
